    My first suggestion would be to check out Cathe's rotations in the Workout Manager. You can access other Cathlete's rotations too. That should give you a pretty good idea regarding how to put them together.

    Dairy and Acne

    I've had acne for 20 years. Last year, I went on a vegan diet for 9 months. It didn't affect my skin at all. It seems the only thing that helps my skin is glycolic acid and benzoyl peroxide. I hope you guys find something that works for you!
