    I'm a dedicated Cathlete but do NOT have a cathlete body. For some of us um... more rubenesque sized girls. I was hoping that you could offer some larger sizes? Your XL is too "fitting" for me, I prefer slightly looser fitting shirts.

    OMG I did it AGAIN!

    This time I managed to overcome my fear of TTM and do the workout. I only used a 4" step (except for the solid step portion). I only used 3# but I still completed it! I even managed to do the power squats (slowly). I still can't get the timing for the step taps over the board.

    afraid too... Worked all weekend so not trying one of the new workouts until today. I too have anxiety that I won't be able to do it. Have not done tabata before, only HIIT (cathe's). Have previewed the DVD's to prepare myself but I still have my doubts...

    Slide and Glide - hard on knees

    patellar tendon straps I too have a problem with the workout, or any that involve alot of squats. But if I use one the patellar tendon straps you can buy it REALLY helps.

    not able to advance in Turbo Barre
