What kind of bike do you use for cycle max?

Stupid question but I have never tried this type of workout but I figure it's always nice to expand one's cardio options.

Hi Juls - not a stupid question. A spin bike is used for this workout. I have a LeMond Revmaster Pro at home.

I use my winter road bike on a trainer. It works fine and I have no trouble standing up with it. I wouldn't use my nice road bike on it, as it seems like a lot of wear and tear on the back wheel.

I just bought a Bladez Fitness SX Pro (it was on sale at Sears for $699.00 CDN). It's super solid and smooth. It has a 48 lb wheel. So far I'm very happy with the purchase. The seat is hard, but I've gotten used to it. I do plan to buy a softer seat and bike shoes in the future. Also I'm short (at 5'1) and this bike fits me comfortably. So far I'm very happy with my purchase.

I used my BodyGuard Recumbant bike. Hard to do as one can't stand, buy I sure got a sore butt. Have done the shortest Cycle max premix tooon it also.
