There is a link in the sticky in "Fit Moms Pregnancy and Postpartum" forum:

This link is the only information content of the thread, so I asked about it there as well as under "Ask Cathe" a while ago but did not receive any...
Of the goodies I get at conferences (typically bags, tshirts, mugs, pens, etc.), the ones I liked most were USB sticks. If you are considering snacks, some nuts (especially almonds) would be nice.
I had no trouble with downloads from CC with iPods. I haven't used Tracy's walking strong or iTreads but I am positive that there would not be any problem downloading them either.
I have an iPhone and a shuffle. My son has a nano. If I was buying one for exercising, I would get a nano. iPhone is unnecessarily big and shuffle isn't as convenient for controlling playlists.
Our two Maltese are always begging for whatever we are eating though we try to make them eat their own food. When we take long vacations, we leave them with their breeder family. They have about 6-8 Maltese, and cook rice with chicken for the dogs every day. Ours really enjoy their stay at the...
I recently discovered myrecipes.com and tried several salad recipes that turned out to be phenomenal. It has a very nice enhanced search feature (http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=advancedSearch)
that allows searching by publication (Cooking Light and Health are my...
I am a Mrs. and Ms. (and a Dr. too though I would not take offense if my lawyer did not address me that way). I would be very annoyed if my first name is omitted altogether (as in the first two examples), and would prefer Ms. over Mrs. (Just to make sure, I rarely look at the envelope to see...
continuing on the scarf idea--urban outfitters have lovely ones. I want for myself too. here are my favorites (subject to $20 restrictions):

I have not been on this board for long, but in a short amount of time I learned a lot from Debbie (and Kathryn, and others too.) So a big thanks to all--but especially Debbie--who contribute their time, energy and knowledge.
Yes, I think you will. Here is my experience: first time I tried it, I was clueless and did not even get a good workout. After that first try, I practiced one chapter at a time at the end of my cardio workout. After 2-3 practices for each chapter, I was able to do it from beginning to end.
Thanks Heidi. I don't have Low Max, I guess I should get that too.
I understand how you feel about Rhytmic Step. I could not do this tape without practice. So for the last two weeks, I had been practicing the segments one at a time after my regular cardio work. That's another reason I did...
Hi Heidi,
I did not get a chance to start on this rotation yet because my schedule is completely full on Mondays right now, and given that the rest days are not once a week in the rotation, I couldn't find a way to avoid Mondays altogether. My schedule is getting lighter soon and so I will...
Thanks for the response. Just to make sure--I was and still am able to hear the sounds for Power Max (and many others too). I suppose the file extension .asf for Power Circuit accounts for the differences in codecs.
I saved the file into my computer (Macbook Pro) and tried watching it with 3...
I am unable to hear the sound for Cross Train Xpress video clips (for example this one: http://72.32.185.9/PowerCircuit56k.asf). I am able to hear the sound for others (for example for PowerMax http://72.32.185.9/PowerMax56k.wmv) so I am guessing is the problem is not on my end.
