OT - Free goodie bag suggestions

Hi all - I've just been asked to co-chair a conference coming up in October for executive assistants. I'm brain storming for any ideas that anyone might have for goodie bags.

What are some fun things you like to get in the bags at conferences? The obvious: Chocolate , gum, lifesavers, pens........

Any suggestions would be very helpful!

Of the goodies I get at conferences (typically bags, tshirts, mugs, pens, etc.), the ones I liked most were USB sticks. If you are considering snacks, some nuts (especially almonds) would be nice.

Some more ideas:

• stress ball
• computer screen cleaner or mousepad
• Post-it pad—maybe the kind with jokes about the office or stress
• a cute nail file
