    Nice job on that workout, Nora!!! STS was great tonight, a total doozy too - I LOVE working chest in M2, I am always so shaky from it, y'know, the wobbly arms in a good way ;)

    Heather - that was exactly my problem too! What workouts (cardio) I could safely do that didn't bug my knee. I found that spinning was one of the only things I could do without pain. Can you take a class this week instead maybe? I also found kickboxing wasn't too bad but then again, your knee...

    Um OW, Heather. Even when I had my knee issues the past few weeks, it was never THAT bad (re: stairs). Seriously, take care of yourself. That does NOT sound good at all :( High fives on the M2 decision - it already sounds like you'll be happier with it than M1.

    YES! Don't attempt legs the day before a run, you'll regret it. Those M1 legs are killer! Well...all the STS leg workouts leave me wimpering after, not gonna lie ;)
