Jessica- What a great workout you did today! Bravo!!! You tackled STS M2 today and Core Fusion Abs, awesome job on your workout today! I noticed you mentioned doing a five mile run tomorrow, sounds awesome WTG and enjoy your run.
Heather- to answer your question about what happened to my ankle I twisted my right ankle doing 4DS HIS that workout always seems to get me on the step part I tend to sprain or twist my ankles on that one, not sure why. I do like the workout and choreography but it doesn't like my ankles.
Now LIS, I love and my ankles love it too! Go figure
Bravo for doing STS Disc 6 Legs, I personally love the leg workouts in STS so much fun and a sweatfest! I hear ya on the wall squats, I don't like them and more importantly they don't like my knees. I can do regular squats with weights or barbell just fine, not so with wall squats. Yes, the STS Leg workouts do go fast and are awesome, love them. I'm glad your enjoying them too, and better yet you can walk afterwards, bonus points for you
Debbie- You always blow me away with your killer weight workouts and the weights you can lift, you are a workout warrior and an inspiration. Nice workout today as always with Bi's and Tri's, WTG you go girl.

Chris- Yay! You did Meso 2 Leg Tri Sets and loved it!!! You did it and finished it and nailed it! Bravo, girl that's aweosme. Yes, my ankle is feeling better I still need to becareful what I do with that ankle because is got some black and blueness and a bit tender. I did 4DS LIS today and that was ok. Yes, I got my Cathe workouts via UPS on Monday! Its like christmas, so much fun. You do realize we Cathletes are a unique bunch to get excited about getting workouts and reviews of them to enable us. LOL!! Most people don't get excited about getting workouts and exercising at all let alone during the holiday season. Yep, we Cathletes are a special breed of awesomeness.
Ok girls, that's it for me. I will be joining in on Cathe's Thanksgiving Day challenge and do Intensity before festing tomorrow. I will do a premix#9 Timesaver HiiT (LO) + Boot Camp= 35:49, iTread Set 6= 20 Min, and Core Max- Segment #1 no equipment abs=21 Min are all on tap for tomorrow's workout and before feasting.
