    I really like the Tracie's new workouts. They are low impact and solid. I think I may have mentioned I love Defining Shape. I also liked Staying Power, it's great for the waist! I can still feel it and I did the workout this morning. The stepping in Step Forward is straight forward nothing...

    I just did HIIT 30/30 -- I am in Love! This is a 27 minute workout I burned 198 calories and modified it. I can't wait until I can do it with 2 risers and full out. :D This is the easiest of the HITT -- don't care! For this old woman it works.:eek: (can I say old woman on this thread - ;))

    Cathy I really liked Tracie Defining Shape it's a classic. Good solid low impact workout. Her step forward I liked the stepping part - easy to catch on low impact... but the sound quality of that one I didn't care for. I hope when she sends the replacements out they fix the audio. My copy...

    :D I Agree! I did Tracie Long's Longevity step workout today. I really liked it. :) It got my heart rate up and I wasn't tripping all over my feet! ++ it has abs. Have a great day ladies!

    Another vote here for a low impact. I would love something I could actually do just like Cathe - :rolleyes: with out modifying so much. Sometimes I feel that I am doing another workout entirely. :D
