    This workout is similar to Lotte Berk and Bar Method. I think you will get a nice workout and it will be a good experience. There is a workout supposedly coming out in February I believe from Pure Barre studios (www.purebarre.com) which is similar as well.

    BOSU - Love it or waste of money?

    I have the regular size Bosu. I use it mainly for Core work and Balance work. It is a great way to strengthen the core. I totally feel it intensely using a Bosu. Balance work is intense also. It only takes a few minutes to do. I usually add it to the end of a workout.

    I loved this whole workout. I love that I can get a great cardio workout and a good leg workout, without it taking all day, and have me feeling like the living dead I totally felt some DOMS the following day. Not as bad as say doing the whole "Butts & Guts" workout but DOMS none the less...

    If you didn't wish to buy Karen's Sleek Essentials $50 kit. She has a Sleek Essentials II for $19.99 at Collage which is a 50 min. workout also broken up into 20 min. sections. You will need a roller for some portions though.
