I've used mine twice now. Tried the DVD that came with it, which is more of an instructional DVD - it's not what we'd call a serious workout, but it was good to get acclimated to the BOSU and see some of the different ways it can be used. Then Sunday, I used it with HSC. Love it! I'm still feelin' the DOMS. And I completely see the point about it being worthwhile for pushups and abs alone. I can't do very many pushups on the stability ball, but I can using the BOSU (round side down) - what a challenge. I will definitely be getting my money's worth out of this one.
Amy's hi/lo dome workout and CIA 2604 are on the way, so I'm looking forward to trying Bosu-specific workouts, but like Christine, I see this being used with any of the high-step workouts.
