Re: the upper body split premixes. Today I did the chest, tris, and shoulders and was wondering if anyone has taken the time to see if these include all of the exercises from the individual workouts.
 
This is a good question. I haven't had much time to do any of the pre-mixes.

But I did notice that you have the option of doing a 3DS like in Gym Styles.

But I do not know if the exercises are all included if you did it this way.

I hope someone chimes in about:
CHEST, TRICEPS AND SHOULDERS and

BACK AND BICEPS pre-mixes.
 
Hi Lala!

Some of the chest exercises were omitted (incline chest press) but that was just fine w/me. All of those pushups really gave me a good PUMP in the chest. I still got DOMS. Not sure about shoulders or triceps. Kathy
 
A little off subject, but I did the Bootcamp/Kickbox cardio premix yesterday and loved it more than any cardio Cathe has ever done! It ends up being about 53 minutes total and that is "just right" for me. Plus the fun factor is just awesome.:)

I am NOT a good stepper, so need to work some more on the step workouts, but that premix is just too much fun!
 
I was wondering what was in the total body premix also. I would imagine that they had to cut something out of this one also. It is 97 min. total.
