How is everyone going to use the FOUR DAY SPLIT!!!

I have so many ideas! I am thinking of obviously doing one workout per day and then adding two more days of the following with a rest day.......

M - Four day split
T - Four day split
W - Four day split
R - Four day split
F - Off
S - Core Synergistics OR Circuit OR Total Body weights...
S - Kickbox or hour of Cardio..

I bet there are some good premixes!! I am so excited - I want them to ship out!!!!
 
For now my plan is to do the CARDIO portions only, since I work out with weights with a trainer. But I am interested in doing the calves workout and any core segments she may have. I LOVE her cardio !!! :7
 
I doubt I will do it "as is." I have never done CTX series "as is." I will probably use it as an archive of good cardio workouts, maybe putting 2 back to back on good days, or to do one cardio before doing a full upper body workout. I will probably use several of the weights sections together to work several muscle groups per day. I am not a big fan ofthe "work one muscle group per day" approach. I prefer 2 or 3 day splits.

I'll just do the cardio, too. I REALLY like what I saw on the preview - these will keep my interest for a lond time. I get bored real fast.
 
M - Four Day Split "High Intensity Step"

T - Four Day Split "Kickbox"

W - Yoga, Pilates, Ballet (whichever I'm in the mood for)

Th - Four Day Split "Low Intensity Step"

Fr - Four Day Split "Boot Camp"

Sa - Yoga, Pilates, Ballet (whichever I'm in the mood for)

Su - REST DAY
 
I was planning to do:

Week 1
S- all muscle toning like MM, MIS, PLB &PUB, etc.
M- power walk
T-rest
W-Four Day High Int Step
Th-Four Day Kickbox
F- Four Day Low Int Step
Sa-Four Day Bootcamp

Week 2
Premix city!
