I've taken live Bar Method classes which are based on Lotte Berk (like Physique 57). I'm assuming they are the same type of program and exercises based on what I've read about P-57. The Bar Method live classes were one hour long and great for toning and firming with zero impact. I'd definitely try one of the Physique 57 ones if you're going to be in NYC. If you're an intermediate exerciser, do the "Mixed" level class. FYI, the classes were MUCH tougher than the BM and LB videos, even with the bonus workouts. My legs were complete jello after each class, because the reps/pulses were freakin' endless. They work you to your "tremble zone" and keep you there. Fun music too!
