    Yes, I agree with Dela on this one... BC/ME has a little bit of everything... if price was an issue though I might say Drill Max! now THAT's a total body torture workout! but I think my all time FAV is Cathe's KickBox workouts, KPC and KM... Definately gets the heart pumping!

    I also have a hard time with pushups and dips! I do like Erin suggests and do them against the wall, standing about 1-2 feet away and lean forward so hands are shoulder high when my nose is about to touch the wall... and that seems to reduce the wrist stress, and I also have a set of floor...
