I actually started my 1 rm's today. I did discover I need more plates for my barbell. I am stronger than I thought (yes!). I wasn't going to do them, but I figured I would get better results than just guestimating.

It's kind of a relief to get started, isn't it? You realize then it's not such an intimidating thing. I'm glad I finally took the plunge!
 
I just started tonite too! WOOHOO! I am sticking to my upper body right now, but I did about 10 or so (some I will use for other similar exercises ~ is that cheating!? :eek: )
