hilarious.... my aunt was on a place with Richard years ago...she said he got up and had the whole plane laughing and dancing and having a good time. On that day, he was as crazy and upbeat as you see on t.v. ----she said even the 'grumpy's' were smiling and clapping...

I have a his Farewell to Fat cookbook from years ago - it's actually really good. He's nutty, but very endearing.
