I am glad Cathe is using more functional moves to work the core, that's how we really use the core in life, so that's how I like to train it.

I use the knock-off Hair One by Sally and have almost the opposite problem. I tend to like my hair after a week or so of fading, but with the Hair One my hair doesn't fade at all. So here I am waiting for it to fade to the color I like best. :o
