I actually waited until the last minute to order, I don't remember the date. Maybe a week or two before the pre-sale ended. I'm on the East Coast. in MA, maybe that's why they got to me so quickly.

When did you all pre order? I waited until near the end of the free slide n glide offer. I ordered about July 20. I do live in Pittsburgh, so they shouldn't take long in the mail. I'm in suspense. I'll have to wait until I get home from work to see if I got them today.
