    Serious overtraining issues and questions

    I reached that point back in June & took a week off but only because I went on vacation. It wasn't until after I got back & felt so much better that I realized I had pushed myself too hard. Now, I make it a point to take some rest days or go easy on days where I feel exhausted.

    New study: working out on empty stomach

    I'm w/Kristin; if I don't eat a little something, it's difficult to get thru an entire workout. Did that this a.m.; forgot my protein drink & boy did I feel it - but I did my best & made mental note for tomorrow morning. Everyone's body is different & you have to do what works for you.

    Anybody else disappointed in the music?

    I agree w/Pam and some of the other posters, most of the time I don't even notice the music; between my heavy breathing; & my grunts & groans & wondering why on earth I'm torturing myself, I don't really notice the music until the cool down. But once I'm done, I feel so accomplished.

    Motion Sickness

    These work great for me too. I have severe motion sickness in cars, planes; everything, but when I went on a cruise w/hubby the bands worked great; made a big difference.
