getting tired of 6 mo rotation

Im starting meso 3 of my 6 month rotation. I know this mesocycle is all about increase weight and decreasing reps. Is it necessary to do each workout twice for a total of 8 weeks instead of just doing each workout once? Or am I just wasting my time. I love STS, but Im sort of ready for something new. I just dont see the benefit. If Im going to be 5% stronger after 4 weeks, why would I do 8 weeks ?

Another thought I had was maybe to do squat rack legs the first 4 weeks and plyo legs the second 4 weeks to change things up a bit. Not sure if anyone has tried that, or what I would accomplish there.

Thanks for the help!

I did the 6 mo. rotation last year & felt the same way by the time meso 3 rolled around. I did alternate between plyo & squat rack for week one & when I repeated it but by the time I did week 2 or 3, I just did one week each & then adding plyo as one of my cardio days & the same for the rest of meso 3..... So instead of 6 mo. rotation it was more like a 5 1/2 mo. It worked for me. Hang in there, you're almost done...

Hang in there with me!! I'm just finishing Meso 2 this week, so I'm about 2 weeks behind you in doing the 6 month rotation. I made the commitment, I'm going to stick with it, damnit! (But I have to say, I"m also looking forward to some new rotations after this, a.k.a Debbie's rotations!) And you never know, Meso 3 might be where you/I see the most results!!
