So this half I've been training for has brought my all my problems with my right leg. Now it's achilles tendinitis. At the doc yesterday she tested my balance - terrible. All the stuff she gave me to strengthen it looked familiar. I did my Tonique today (only the second time) and that should do it! All of the work on one leg - I could feel it strengthening my ankles (also weak). Was wobbling like crazy. Think it's what I need right now. We'll see. Guess I'm glad I tried something else (even if I miss Cathe right now).
