Tonique - I think it will help!

So this half I've been training for has brought my all my problems with my right leg. Now it's achilles tendinitis. At the doc yesterday she tested my balance - terrible. All the stuff she gave me to strengthen it looked familiar. I did my Tonique today (only the second time) and that should do it! All of the work on one leg - I could feel it strengthening my ankles (also weak). Was wobbling like crazy. Think it's what I need right now. We'll see. Guess I'm glad I tried something else (even if I miss Cathe right now). :)

I just tried Tonique this morning & I was surprised by how tough it is & I quickly found out why she uses such light weights.
 
I KNOW!! I kind of cracked up thinking, "I can run 9 miles but I'm huffing through this with 3 pounds???" It was a humbling experience!
