    Anyone working out today?

    Good job everyone! I did CycleMax. Burned 430 calories. Then I tried my husband's new toy, TRX - using all your own body weight and lots of core work.Will have to build up to that one! I just got my Polar FT7 watch so I'll have to see how close I come to gonnabea5 820 calorie burn! Wow!

    Heart Rate Monitor Suggestions

    I asked for a Polar for Christmas the F4 or 7 not sure which one! Can't wait to try it! Looked like Polar (for women) was definitely the one to use, and it's under $100 on Amazon.

    Your "dread factor" workout

    Mine is Drill Max - Just a lot of jumping, huffing and puffing, and 40/20 HIit. BM2 for the 8" step and the huffing and puffing, though I love the "cross country" - that's fun. I won't use an 6" step because it feels like I'm cheating. But, they are all effective.

    I use the green band - no problem! My pink band arrived ripped, and I figured it was to easy anyway so I never complained about it!! Blue one...will take a bit to do this workout with :)

    My first accupuncture experience

    Thanks for sharing - I often wonder how it is. I use my chiropractor a few times a year and splurge for a massage about twice per year. I love it all! Maybe some time I'll go to the acupuncturist.

    Evening snack attacks!

    The popcorn is a good choice. I just cant bring myself to eating fruit at night. I want comfort food! I usually eat some almonds (unsalted). When I try not eating after 8-9pm, I find myself so hungry at 10ish I dip into the jar of peanut butter for 1-2 tbsp. Am I bad or what?
