    I was thinking of adding some juice to my diet and would like to try fresh juice. Does anyone here juice? If so what kind of juicer would you recommend? A friend suggested a Breville. I would like one that is easy to clean and does not take up too much counter space. Thanks for any suggestions!

    I'm reading this book now. It's quite shocking and a great read. Another book that is out that is similar is Dr. Robert Lustig's Fat Chance. I have not read it but, I have seen him on a few shows promoting it.

    I've done two rounds of the XTRAIN 30 day with Ride and I have to say that watching Cedie during Hard Strikes makes my day! I love the her pony-tail is swinging and the way she is smiling throughout the workout. Just had to post that!

    Holy SNOW!

    Northeastern Connecticut here. Shoveled three foot drifts off my deck so my poor dogs could get out. I wore my heart rate monitor and I burned 504 calories! Thanks Cathe!
