    Washing workout shoes?

    I throw mine in the washing machine (cold water) and air dry in the sun with the insoles removed. I don't know if that's the "proper" way to do it, but I've been washing them for years that way. (NOT the same pair, of course. :p)

    I HATE STEP!!!

    I learned to "let it go" and make peace with it.... I can't do step. I can't do dancy. I have no sense of rhythm or body awareness that allows me to pivot and turn. I've tried some (all?) of Cathe's Step workouts regularly over the past 10 years, and truly, I still cannot do some of them...

    Hi Jodi, The "Length of Workout" for each disc is listed in the STS Users' Guide. That's the easiest way for me to find it.

    Hi Nathalie, I do extreme mixes from time to time, too. I'm not too worried about them. I make sure I have extra protein and veggies on those days, often eating nuts and/or eggs after I work out. I found a couple of links that might interest you. I think you're fine if you don't workout...

    I thought it was probably at least 25% harder in my experience. It's 30 minutes longer than the 5 Tabatacise and you don't get the step recovery between sets.
