    Which ones have 80's music like LIC?

    The hi/lo section of Step, Jump, and Pump has some Belinda Carlisle, Bonnie Tyler, and David Bowie. Body Max 2 has lots of 80s music. Step Blast has 80s an 90s music. Push/Pull and Supersets also have 80s/90s music. Low Max has some 80s music as well (the warm up is Madonna's "Holiday")...

    Aah, got it. Just checked out the blog photos again. It looks like there are 7 or 8 risers per side in the 'box jumps' photo. Looks like a wicked exercise. Can't wait for Shock Cardio!!!! :)
