I was wondering how long is the cardio only portion (excluding warm-up and cooldown) in Athletic step, Step moves and the 2 circuits workouts?

Collage has details up on about half of the Shock Cardio workouts. According to Collage, Athletic Step's cardio portion is 33 minutes long, Cardio Core Circuit's circuit portion (mixing cardio and weights) is 39 minutes (not sure how much of that 39 minutes is just cardio), and Circuit Blast's circuit segment is 33 minutes long (again, not sure how much of that 33 minutes is pure cardio).
They do not have details posted yet for Step Moves. Perhaps someone who has the workouts in hand will report back on this.
