    I know the feeling. I eat almost a jar of PB a week- not even on bread- just by the spoonful. It has to be the natural PB though- not a fan of Skippy or any of those types.

    Is it okay to do a leg workout and run on the same day? I did GS legs early this morning (around 5 am), but I really feel like running during my lunch break (around 2pm)today- nothing too much- maybe 3-4 miles.

    Oh man! This DOMS from Gym Style Legs is BAD!

    GS Legs is on my rotation for tomorrow. I think this is Cathe's best leg w/o. I didn't get DOMS, but got a bad case the first time with Pyramid Legs, so know what you're going through-OUCH!!! Mine lasted about 4 days and the only thing that helped was yoga.

    Hi, I think the Gym Style Series and 4DS are great if you're looking for some great weight lifting dvd's. Pyramids and Slow and Heavy are also really good ones.

    Thanks so much for your quick response. Pullups with weights??? 12-15 reps..all I can say is WOW! Without weights is a challenge. I haven't tried to do chin ups (palms facing me), but I'm going to try tonight. This should help increase the amount of pull ups I can do. Thanks again...
