4DS Legs...is it enough?

I really love this workout, mainly because it's quick and to the point, but always end it wondering if it's enough. Does anyone add on, or has anyone gotten great results using it as is? Just curious!!!

Michele, I just received 4DS and I am wondering the same thing. I think that I will try to add on the floor work of B&G, GS Legs, or PLB on the days that I do it. Also, I will have to add on another leg day at the gym during the week. I need more than one day a week to workout my legs.
 
I think it's enough especially linked with the kickboxing before it. You could also add the standing leg drills from KickMax.

I just did 4DS legs this morning. I also run 3x week. I'll do legs 1-2x week in addition to running. UGH! I feel it afterwards. I think it's an excellent workout. I'll aslo usually add the calf workout too. Kay

Do you also do the Kickbox portion or just the weights?. I run, too, and try to work my legs 2x a week as well.
 
When I do the Kickbox and the legs I really feel it. It is the two together that does it for me. Separately not so much.

THAT'S what I was trying to say...separately it would probably not be quite enough for me for a leg day!

Michelle, I have not yet done the kickbox segment, though I thought of giving it a try. I have NO coordination(can't step to save my life), but I think I'll give it a try next week. Kay
