    I'm a 38DD also because I nurse and the Enell sports bra gives me awesome support. It's the only bra that gives me full support. It's also very durable after washing :) It's not underbra but it's supports and very comfortable. Well worth the 50 bucks :)

    I don't add any height to the step so I don't have to step too far down. I think when I am ready for the height I won't get over w/ the bare foot thing :-)

    Does soreness = a good work out?

    I haven't been able to do most of Cathe's workout at a high intensity level because of my knees. I haven't felt that "sore" feeling that I usually felt at the gym so I'm wondering am I really getting a workout? If you don't feel sore the next day was your workout effective?
