    S&H Question

    Hi, You have the same weights I use. Last time through with Chest and Back fried me with just 15s! I can't even do all 3 sets with them for the bench presses. The Legs workout is where I have improved the most. Barbell is up to 45 lbs now ... started with a 25. Love this series, good luck!

    hi, Can you teach me how to lift and unload a heavy barbell properly? From the videos it looks like you push it off your shoulders, bring it down to the clavicle and somehow flip it...why do u have to flip it? Plus are there tricks to getting it up over my head to my back once it gets heavier?

    Cut down the 45 minutes to 20 or you could come up with your own spinning routine based on his intensity. It would be fun to do that, you can pick your own music and use the studio when no one is using it for the class, spinning is amazing when you do intervals anyway. Buy the way, those BFLers...

    Eat,eat,eat,eat,eat....I can't stop! What's worse is I don't feel guilty at all! Big extra...sausage egg mc muffin combos...white hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles...krispy cream doughnuts and brownies...yummmy korean food...heaven!

    cardio tape suggestions

    Circuit Max kills me...right before she starts the step section after the kickbox step portion. I start resting quite a bit from there on and I say bad things to Cathe. tell me I am not the only one that gets slayed by this one?!
