    I would say it's the shoes! I've never had the bottom of my feet hurt unless I wear bad shoes, sandals for a long walk etc. especially when doing hardcore series. :)

    You could use a good quality low carb protein powder, add to oatmeal, blend with frozen fruit as a shake or mix with milk only or water only.

    Cathe -- do you have artificial nails?

    If you want to try them, go for it. The only down side to me is the cost. I have worn acrylic for years and love them and when I give my nails a rest it's hard to get used to picking up things without them! It's all what you're used to. I love them and my nails always are even and look great.

    I feel the opposite, I know my body needs a rest and I feel great on those days. The next day I workout, I feel rejuvenated and less fatigued. But I don't take more than 1 per week!

    Ordered HC in January !!!!!

    I ordered Jan 22 and I just got email saying they will be here tomorrow but I paid extra for express to Canada. I am excited but not really liking the comments about the music being too low. Not sure if they're going to do anything about this if it is truly a problem that cannot be solved...

    This is scaring me! I don't want them if the volume is too low to get you motivated, after awhile you don't need to listen as carefully to Cathe and you just enjoy the music! Is anyone going to return them?
