Didn't get band w/HC Set + Extreme - am I suppose to?

Cathe - first of all..... I love you and the crew more than words can say for once again producing a set of videos that absolutely amaze me! I previewed Imax3, Lowmax, Gym Chest/Tri, MuscleMax tonight and I am amazed! I can not wait to work out w/all of these! They are such high quality and well produced! I love the choreography!

I honestly consider you my personal trainer! I am a busy working mom who hardly has time to change me clothes (ha ha) yet you help me find the time to get a killer w/out in the comfort of my own home while my family sleeps Thank you! Thank you! Now on to the question..... was I suppose to get a dynaband w/my set? I recvd the set today and although I ordered back in December I did not get a band?

p.s. the music sounded fine on my surround sound bose. However, would love to have the music louder option again next time.

Fitnut- Hope you enjoy your new serious! Yeah,you were suppose to get a band with your set.I did.And I love it! Its nice to feel the burn without having a barbell on your shoulders or weights in your hands.

Yes. If you ordred all 11 during the preasale... at least that was the offer back in July. I don't know if the offer was still available in December. I would send customer service an email. They did say they were backed up however, and you may not get an answer immediately. Good Luck. The band is an important component of HC.

Dumb question, but did you look under all the stuffing at the very bottom, I almost missed mine. I ordered 10 in January and got my band.
If you didn't they'll send you one. Enjoy, they're awesome!

If you ordered all 11, the band is definitely supposed to come with the DVDs. It's small, so make sure you didn't overlook it in the box.
