My results have been truly enhanced by following a lower carb, higher protein eating plan.
There are many protein bars on the market loaded with sugar and not much protein. Does anyone have any recommendations for bars which are low in sugar ie 5g per bar, high in protein ie 20g per bar or more, low in fat and about 300 calories per bar max?

I think that's all the different ways you can search. I've only used it once and then booked marked it until I had more time to play with it and see what came up. But the link did come from a very good source, so you should find what your looking for.
I'd recommend a bar, but a lot of them I have are just in my *area* and they are super hard to get if your not in this area, as most do not want to *ship* their product, as they tell me it gets too old that way. So hopefully you'll find a the bar of your diet their.
Also be really careful about the fat in some of these bars, some of them go over your daily recommended allowance. The most you should have is 25g of fat according to the FDA per day.
