I was wondering this also. I also read that Meijer's was one of the stores supposed to carry the Cathe gear line and noticed the email did not have Meijer listed. :( Meijer is the only store around me that was on the list I read earlier so I hope they are carrying it.
When calculating your 1RM for each exercise, will we have to figure our 1RM for each exercise on each DVD or will we for example figure our 1RM for a bicep curl which will figure 1RM for other bicep exercises????
I usually only get minor DOMS from B&G. For me, it's when I'm doing the workout itself that is so darn hard and just frys my muscles everytime! I find the workout (as it is) really hard and that Leg Blast premix really hard. The others premixes are more managable for me although still hard...

I've done B&G as is in the original workout a few times and I've also done the Overall Leg premix a couple times, does this workout ever get any easier? Every time I do it, it just kills me!
I also love the new set with the tropical look out the windows! It'll be so refreshing to see when I workout during those cold winter months we must put up with here in Michigan!:-)
