I just did HITT 30/30 today and I completely agree with you...it was VERY annoying!!! I understand it is suppose to be a rest/recovery, but the music takes it down too much and it almost feels like we are going into a cool down instead of a rest. I just felt like it was switching my gears too...

Thanks so much for your reply, I just wanted to get a ballpark idea of calories burned during the new workouts. After doing Intensity I would guess I burned about a million calories...LOL!
