Lora, I'm not sure what your exact problem is, but I also have an issue. I simply use dumb bells on the floor for pushups. It works great. I cannot do tricep dips at all though, so I just do another tricep exercise. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know where I can find the chronological order of when each DVD was released? The nerd in me wants to arrange my DVDs in date order, but I can't find a listing. If I go to the shop and try to list them by oldest or newest, it does not work. (It's obvious that it's wrong). Thanks!

Glad to hear they will be available. I typed it all out for the first 30 day one and it was a lot! I got my calendar to print out, but I can't tell from the pictures what is what, so having a list will be great.

I thought I saw one on the rotations available for downloading to the calendar in workout manager, but now I only see a 30 day one. Was I dreaming? I think there has to be more than just "30 day strength only" available?

I got a pro form 590 spx a few months ago and live it!! I tried out a pro firm model at sports authority for fit and then ordered it from amazon for $450ish. Sports authority wanted $500 PLUS shipping for the same bike.

I've also used it and it really does work. You can barely see any darkness on my face and it's usually worse in summer. Another thumbs up. :)
