Years ago I was in an accident and did something to hurt my wrist causing me not to be able to do push ups or anything where I have to put weight on it. It makes much of workouts very difficult for me. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions other then seeing a doctor and have surgery that might help. Not so much with eliminating the pain but maybe movements I could substitute when Cathe is doing things I can't do. I suppose the only thing you could really tell me is do what you can and find my own ways to get around the pain. Just thought I'd ask in hopes you had some suggestions.
