    Walked 20 min at 4.1 mph or 1.39 miles on the way to work........ I tried to not get agitated so I wouldn't sweat. And I think it worked.

    I'm using an electronic station from the Tune in music app and it is working like a charm. Great!!!

    Dh did not want me to workout this morning so I got to work early so I could walk... I walked 18m ... but now I'm perspiring.. oh well.

    I was trying to make up for previous days and tomorrow of no workouts. So today I worked out for 3 hours.
