    I used 25 lb dbs for my Lat Rows for the first time ever!
    Cathe Gym Style Chest and Triceps. Premix- Timesaver 32m I went heavy on Bench presses= 20# DB's. good wo!
    CIA 2404 Dance Step(I did all his moves - fun)+core+str + One Step Beyond w Diane Springstead I used two risers for the first time! great!
    Body Focus 2 & 3 upper body twice lower body standing + matwork + Rotation Motivation all 3 workouts: weights, abs & cardio(treadmill)=2h30
    Finally over cold/Body Focus 2 lower body mat work & abs/CIA 2404 Strong Step & half of Intervelocity Step circuit (I used treadmill 20m)
