I own over 1230 workout videos DVD'S of many types. I converted my entire vhs collection into DVD's. so I am now selling the vhs.
I've been working out since The Firm Volume 1, and Aerobicise back in 1984. I've worked out regularly on some years and not so much in others. But I started keeping keeping track in 2000. I wrote my workouts into an excel document, and now I can see which workouts I did & when right away. Helps in selecting my rotation.
My Fitness Goals
My secret: I had a Tummy Tuck recently and I love the results. Best thing I ever did. No more stress about trying to lose weight. I can just enjoy my workouts. I look so much better.
My Success Story
I've only been able to work out 2 days a week. My success comes on days I can squeeze in a workout before work.
Fact: Thinking about exercising burns between 0 and 0 calories.
