    RE: Will Cathy say how much weight she is lifting befor... I DO understand the whole idea of STS. I was just curious if she would say how much she was lifting. A simple Yes or No would have been sufficient. Thank you for your reply.

    I love the fact that Cathy always says how much weight she is using on all her exercise DVDs. Will she still do that for the STS DVDs? Or not because of the 1 rep MAX? Personally, I hope she still does because I like to lift the same amount of weight as she does!! (or at least work up to it)
