I hope that's the case & I wish she'd come on here and tell us or respond in her newsletter! That would be great!
I questioned the 1st series as to how I would use them. And for me, it is not a stand-alone series .. it's add-ons, bonuses, recovery days/weeks - it is not something for which I can do a month-long(er) rotation unless I'm coming back from a break, an injury or illness & for which I'm grateful to have them! And maybe I'll use them regularly in my 70's, 80's & 90's if I'm around that long. But do I want or need another similiar series so quickly after the first? A 40 minute workout is a long add-on!
If Cathe would just say as she has in the past "this is for the beginner actively aging, or advanced beginner actively ager, or intermediate ager, or for my advanced" that would be helpful. Yes, I know many Cathletes will purchase everything Cathe produces & find a reason to love it & praise it, & never question her. I guess I'm one of the "odd-ball black sheep" in this ,
