what are your thoughts?

So a single-leg deadlift with an inner thigh stretch? Interesting. That looks like Brett C. - the "glute guy" at the beginning!

And what about the presale questions….

1. Does the entire presale end the 31st…or the price goes up a little But it’s still
considered presale & you would still be entitled to the downloads.

2. What happens if you have preordered, then realize as time passes & we actually
get to know what these are & decide it’s not what we want or thought & cancel our
order…but have already maybe downloaded one or so of the free ones, what happens
then? A lot of time people don’t know whether or not it’s for them until clips are
shown?

3. If you have preordered, cancel, then decide to preorder/order later, is this allowed?

what a mess..

Yes Mister glute ---- Brett is on this move. I have tried it with light weight.
The move has a stretching and strengthening feel throughout the execution.
It also pulls stabilisers like there is no tomorrow. I will add it to my routine for sure.
It burns big time!

The inner tigh is on serious pull throughout the move.

Here is another variation. This one hit the upper part of the cheek really good. :D
Everything is on fire for these moves.

I love the leg extension/ jai version with balance challenge too but it is good to have a variation.

Gosh that one looks like it would be helpful for my bum knee - provides stability!

Bumping this, hopefully for some answers ..........

I wish you were wrong but, so far, it seems you are right :(
I just wish we could get some clarifications on the "presale & free downloads"

What I am afraid of, not knowing, is if I keep my preorder, and say in a month or so, a free download is
offered, and I see it in OnDemand first, decide I'd want to download it, and do that, and then after that,
or when clips/pictures/new info is given, I decide that the series won't be right for me...then attempt at
that time to cancel, and be told that I can't because I downloaded a free workout. Or if I didn't download
any of the free ones until the time when more info/clips/pictures are given and would decide to keep
my preorder, will we be able to download the free workouts at any time after that, or even after we
would get the dvds. Maybe I am making this more complicated than it is, seems like pretty simple
questions to me :) (just thinking ahead) In other words, will there be a "cut-off date" in downloading
the free workouts.

I think it's a business decision so as to not put off any potential buyers ... the less most fans know, the more they can assume and the more likely they are to pre-order. Could be I'm a bit jaded from the last pre-sale experience too tho. But as I indicated ... I may still purchase all or some of this series once I know more. At the moment - there're too many unknowns for me.

Aqua girl, I think you may be making it more complicated than it is. Since Cathe chose not to address whether you were locked in and couldn't cancel due to downloading a free bonus - I take that to mean she's not too concerned about pre-order peeps getting a free download if they end up canceling, especially those of you with OnDemand since you already have access to the workout. If you are concerned, just use it OnDemand until more info comes out. I'm sure that all pre-order peeps can download the bonuses at anytime throughout the pre-sale, not just 1st tier pre-sale peeps - otherwise Cathe would have said. I don't think Cathe/SNM want to mess-over their fans - that would kill sales for a long-time and cause many fans to totally lose trust in her/SNM - she's a smart business woman and seems to appreciate her fan base.

I understand what everyone is saying as I love intense workouts and want to feel accomplished when the workout is done. I preordered and was sitting on the LMR series and a two weeks ago my back went out.
First time ever, so with that said I was so glad I had the LMR series on hand so I could still workout at a
slower and more careful pace.
