Me too! We pre-ordered but with reservations so we haven't downloaded the bonuses yet as we may still cancel.. So far I'm liking the clips, but am really interested on the lengths of these workouts AND the premixes. This is very important in our final decision.

My memory isn't what it used to be, but I'm thinking I read somewhere that we have 90 days to download before the link or the coupon code or something becomes invalid? I could definitely be wrong (menopause brain lol), but I thought I'd mention it so that if I'm correct, someone else can verify that and you can call customer service to see if they'll "reset" it or something when LMR2 is released. I know I'll use parts of LMR2, because I'm always looking for more balance, flexibility, and mobility, but because I have panic attacks when my heartrate goes up when I try the types of workouts on the bonuses... I was originally going to download them all later (especially since I don't currently have a way to play downloads), but something I read changed my mind. I'm guessing that since LMR2 is going to be released later than predicted that Cathe will arrange for expired downloads to work again, but you might want to check into it. Uggggh! I'm rambling again. I don't even make sense half the time, so I hope what I'm trying to say came out in a way that isn't too non-sensical. lol

Thanks for your concern @Braille !
I'm not too concerned as Cathe has said if you're not sure to just wait until you decide. Usually we have until they are just about ready to ship to make a decision to cancel. But, once workouts/Premix times are posted we'll probably decide. I like what I see so far. Cathe's times have been coming in at less than hour for the most part ever since STS2.0, so I'm not too concerned about the total time either. It's the Premixes that'll make it or break it for us - I prefer these Fusion type of workouts to have shorter premixes so they can be used as Add-ons rather than a full workout. LMR1's Fusion workouts mostly sit on the shelf as the TimeSavers are often too long to easily use as Add-ons; I don't need anymore 'dust-gathering" dvds - lol.

I am hoping for shorter premixes too. I am really trying to focus on adding a bit of "functional" to the end of most workouts (in addition to having one entire workout focused on it), but I don't want it to cut into my main workout goal (currently strength) too much. So many aspects of health and fitness need to be prioritized at this age that it gets a bit overwhelming for me at times. What are you hoping for in the way of premix lengths? I don't want them so short that they don't serve their purpose, but if it's possible, I'd love to see some in the 10 -12 minute range. I could squeeze in 15 if it's whole body range of motion or flexibility focused. 20+ minutes for an add-on (which is how I would like to use them) is too much for the time-frame I have to work with on regular workout days.

I'd also like a rearranged balance workout, where we do it backwards. lol My balance needs some work and as my muscles (or my brain) get tired... my balance gets worse. Cathe said the balance work gets progressively harder. I'm thinking I could hang in there longer if I did the hardest stuff while I'm "fresh" and worked my way down to the easier. lol I may end up doing this workout in "chunks" to start with, because I suspect it will be too challenging for me right now. My balance is fairly good when I dance, because the time spent on one foot is short, but extended balancing taxes my brain even more than my body. I'm hoping to find a way to build more of that type of training into my workout days. It looks like her strength training has quite a bit of balance built in, so maybe that will get me where I want to be.

This would be great! 10-15 to 20 tops. If a main workout is 45-60 minutes, I can usually tack on another 10-20 minute Add-on, depending.

As an aside, I learned in PT for my knee injury to just stand one leg - work up to a minute plus on one leg, switch - only takes 2 minutes! Then extend the time or close your eyes which ups the challenge. Then do it and move your head slowly from side to side. You can do it also while washing your face, brushing your teeth, etc. Just put it in your day on a regular basis. Really helps.

Since the most economical option for me is downloading, to avoid paying extra for overseas shipping of the dvds, in addition to 25% Swedish custom taxes, I can only get the full workouts downloaded! No premixes! Don't know why?!
Thanks, however, to that premixes are defined as which parts in each chapter in the user guide and that there is a software app on windows PC with a free version "Any Video Converter", I can, using cut and join functions in the app, generate not only Cathe's premixes but even premixes of my own choice. It is easy done, no need to be expert other that to click on when to start and when to finish cutting or what parts you want them joined together. Consider this as a tip, whatever decision you are going to make!

Thanks! Very helpful! I'll check that app out.

Thank you for mentioning AVC app. i had never heard off it. More tools to create our own adds on and premixes is always welcome. Very helpful for us facing european customs on top of those tariffs.

Creating premixes has already been advised and discussed here, unless the post has been deleted!!! oops.
