WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

Hello everyone. This morning workout was Turbo Fire Hiit 15. Love it!

Todays eats are
M1 shakeology with fat free milk and banana.
Snack fresh fruit salad.
M2 2% greek yogurt with honey and a fiber bar.
Snack pretzel.
M3 pizza and a big toss salad.
Snack some kind of ice cream
Snack watermelon

I don't think I posted eats y'day so I'll do both y'day and today now though they are almost the same....

Yesterday:
1) Banana
2) bagel thin + pb
3) turkey sandwich on ww bread, tortilla chips, apple
4) low fat cottage cheese w/pineapple + strawberries & ff cool whip
5) gardenburger veggie burger on ww bread + ww icecream + red wine sprtizer

Today:
1) Banana
2) bagel thin + pb
3) turkey sandwich on ww bread, tortilla chips, apple
4) veggie salad + 1 tb ff dressing, low fat cottage cheese w/pineapple + assorted fruit & ff cool whip (not sure why I packed so much-musta' been hungry! LOL)
5) ?
 
Now I am thinking of ordering Chalean Extreme. I need something new on weightlifting. Don't get me wrong I still love Cathe:) Does anyone have these and how do you like it. Is it all dumbells or both barbell and dumbells? TIA:)
 
Barb...CLX is all DB work. I have the set and like it but never finished a full rotation. I was 2 weeks away from finishing when I got my first and only but god awful sinus infection that lingered for 2 weeks!!!! By the time I was well enough to finish it was a waste. I've considered doing another rotation and have done some of the work outs a few times but never seriously got back into it....check your PM's! :)
 
Overslept, got to work late, worked too late...story of my life! No workout, have to pack tonight, leaving to go out of town right from work tomorrow. I hope to regroup when I get back. I'm all out of sorts and not planning meals which isnt helping!

Just back from Italy last night and am suffering from some serious jet lag.:mad:

Unfortunaltely my darned scale is broken again;) can you believe it is up 2 pounds??? lol

Today i intend to drink loads of water...i mean tons...hopefully try to manage a shoulders, arms (p90x) and maybe chest and back too in between laundry, pedicure and packing for florida tomorrow am:confused: I shall manage!

Great to see all the new members since I left. I am looking forward to seriously joining yal in 2 weeks...i am thinking that my scale my still be broken and require some serious point counting kwim;)

Wendy, you've got to be tempted on the sandbag, tho. I am already tempted and I've never even done her w/o yet! Good job on the loss. Do you have an accurate way to check body fat? If you are lean and muscular, maybe it would be a better way to check? Either way, I am guessing you look pretty buff right now.

2 questions today....how do I get those graph tracker thingys? How do I add bold face to my posts?

I went to a real WW mtg yest and got all new materials. I will count points both ways for a few days while I get used to PP.

Yesterday I subbed Hiit 30/30 for CTX KB but did biceps and abs. Today is Leaner Legs and abs. Fun part is I already am getting thru everything and increasing weight and feeling stronger. I will prob run thru the series again since I am still getting warmed up then switch to something else week after that.

Eats were low on veggies again but overall not bad points wise.
Protein shake /w banana, flax
1/2 c Greek FF Yogurt w/ 1 cup fruit
Eng Muffin and earth balance (muffin was 3 pts on pp but 1 on old! I see where it all works out)
Rice and black beans again
PB/choco/oatmeal snack thing

Stacy:: So where are you off to this weekend? Sorry you had to miss your work out y'day. Hopefully, like you said, you can get back on track when you get back after the weekend.

Jody:: I took my BF % with my omron when I started WW and will take it again when I reach my goal weight. I am leaner and more defined w/plenty of visible muscle. I REALLY LIKE MY ABS these days and that is one hard statement to come by so if my BF hasn't dropped then I give up and will throw the omron out the window. :mad: I am happy with the way that I look. Happier then I've been in ages. :D There is no freakin' way that I am "skinny fat" right now. IMPOSSIBLE! :eek: That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! :p;)

M3 pasta with 3 turkey meatballs and sauce. Not sure about snacks today.

I'm getting the hang of PP~

Yesterday
Protein shake w/ banana, flax
arugula salad w/ chick peas, artichoke + veggies and vinegar n oil dressing
Repeat salad, chicken breast, green beans and peppers sauted
Yogurts w/ maple syrup

Wish me luck for weekend. Travel to dad's usually equals at least one cookie binge.
He's been here helping me out with the manly stuff like picture hanging, etc. and we are running back to his place in Daytona to pick up a car for my future drivers.

I agree w/ Barb that Wendy is brave. : )

KCM Split Sessions Upper Body + Tonique Mat (on back segment) up to but not including bicycles.

Upper body and glutes are sure to be feeling it in the morning! INTENSE work out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

Got my hair done this morning and have a birthday party to attend later on this afternoon.

Hello there:). Today's workout was Chalene Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1. I haven't done this in a while because I gave it to my sister and she just gave it back to me.

Today's eats are

snack cantaloupe
M2 cottage cheese with strawberries and ritz cheese crackers
snack fiber one bar
M3 egg roll with steam veggie dumplings, yes take out tonight. I can't think of any other on the menu that is low in points.
snack some sort of ice cream bars or I might go get some soft serve yogurt tonight.
snack watermelon.

Hello everyone, just getting back from NY, will have more time to catch up on posts later hopefully. Eating was so-so this weekend but I did take 2 workouts with me and completed one of them so I'm happy with that! I did Amy Dixon's Breathless Body for the first time Saturday morning and Sunday my hamstrings and booty were so sore!! I might do Split Sessions Upper Body tonight after I get unpacked, go grocery shopping and make dinner, but we'll see, only so many hours in the day!
 
Hello.

Today's work out was 1/2 of HiiT: DWP, 3 drills from Breathless Body (makes about 30 mins of cardio total) + weighted abs/core from Rapid Fire Kickbox and Core Burn. Made for a 45 min sweaty work out. :D

Went food shopping prior to my work out and headed back to DH's cousin's pool where we hung out last Sunday after my work out. Had a cheeseburger, a hotdog and 2 rum n cokes. Whoops!:eek: It wasn't my fault though, I swear! His cousin MADE me do it! ;):p:D Great afternoon outside though. Could get used to that! :)

Tonight I am putting together a crock pot meal for tmrw. It's a recipe someone from another of my check in's gave me. I think it's going to be yummy! Can't wait to try it!!!! It's salsa, taco seasoning, low fat sour cream (my sub-she uses cream of mushroom soup) and chicken. I also added so some low sodium fat free chicken broth to it to loosen it up a bit since it's going to be in the slow cooker all day-want to make sure there's enough liquid in the pot. I tasted the "liquid" prior to putting the chicken in and it tastes pretty good so I think this will be a good one! :D
