WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

No workout for me today unless I changed my mind and do it later. I am just tired today. This is the 2nd night that I didn't sleep well.

Today eat
B shakeology with fat free milk and banana.
L big salad with feta cheese olives and fat free dressing.
S protein shake with fat free milk and banana.
D lean beef patty with WW pita applesauce and steamed broccoli.
S ice cream
 
Barb, Sorry you slept poorly and had to miss your work out. Hope you sleep better tonight.

Jody, By the time I got home last night I was too hungry to mess around with points for a salad so I just made something I knew worked. As for Body Rock I had to modify for equipment I didn't have. She uses the ugi ball which I don't have and will not buy cause it's pricey so I used a med ball for one exercise and a beach bag stuffed with towels for another. LOL I also do not own a sandbag so used a kettlebell instead. All seemed to work out just fine. :)

Stacy, Good job with Shred 3. Short but NOT easy!!!!

Wendy, did you use the STS rack for the pull up thingy?

I did walk/jog/sprint today in addition to Intensity which I had to cheat on a lot. The jog was hot, not a puke factor but heat factor, I kept getting chills and have to back off.

I hate static lunges so I am practicing them w/ no weight, hoping to get them to grow on me this fitness life cycle.

Eats=
Protein shake w/ banana
Plain ff Greek yogurt w/ added vanilla and agave (will try stevia maybe next time) and 1 T mini MMs
Spring mix, arugula, leftover steam broc, chick peas, oil vin dress.
snack bag of popcorn
Sweet potato and earth balance

FYI WW'ers-

I was chatting with Allee on FB the other evening and unfortunately she probably won't be around much if at all for a while. Sadly, her house was recently robbed and she is now living with her sister for a while until the dust settles..She is fine but very upset about what happened and nervous about it happening again now...She said she will pop in if/when she can and she'll come back for good as soon as she is settled back in her own home....
 
Send Allee some good vibes from me. I've been there, my house has been robbed in the past as well. Took a long time for me to feel safe again. Off to work, and working the weekend, so probably wont be around much this weekend. Hope to squeeze in another Jillian workout. They're short and sweet and suprisingly pretty tough for such a short workout!

5) Fall down on the floor in a puddle of sweaty limp mush! :p

WW weigh in this moring: Down 1.4 pounds from last week (this seems like a lot to me but I won't argue!)! Only 1 pound left to get to goal! :D TERRIFIED of maintenence though!!!!:eek:

Jody:: Yup, sure did use my tower for the pull up exercise y'day. Forgot to mention that one but it worked out fine. :) I can tolerate running in heat better then running in the cold, believe or not. The cold weather is too painful!!!

Stacy:: I'll let Allee know you send your best. Our house was robbed when I was a kid. I was too young to be all that affected by coz I really didn't "get it" at the time but everyone else was shaken up quite a bit. :eek:

Hi everyone in WW checkin~~

REQUEST! Food ideas for gathering at my house. Sister bellydancer bd being celebrated, I know there will be cake and mango martinis or something like that. Maybe I will make a gargantuan salad? Or veggie dense tabbouleh? Ugh, dancer gatherings usually = excessive snackage but are uber fun : )

Yesterday foodie items:
Protien/flax/almond milk shake
Green smoothie-spinach,hemp protein, fruit, 1/2 c juice
Bagel thin + 1 T cream cheese
FF Greek yogurt + 1 T mini MMs
pineapple and spinach blended (needed to use up spinach + front load on nutrition before dinner out)
1/2 of 3 sushi rolls at dinner out with waning boyfriend. (I don't know how to estimate that very closely but I am counting it as a binge experience, what do you think?)

Workout yest was 4ds/LIS and core

Sorry to hear about Allee's break in. It is so violating.
Wendy, I am going to get some BodyRock in. My girlies might come over to w/o with me one morn, is there one you'd recommend space and equipment wise for beginners?

Here is a 20 min cardio interval work out that I used when I first started doing b/r's. I really like it and there is no equipment necessary except for a gym boss or something to time the intervals on...

Good Morning Girls!

So yesterday we went to a pool party. Had a great time! Spent 8 hours eating and drinking and lazing around outside and now I am paying for it this morning ofcourse. :rolleyes: I'm tired and fat now. :( Gained 4# overnight. :eek: Gotta love it. :eek: I know it's just bloat that will go away but it's still super annoying. :mad: K, I'm done complaining now. :p

Yesterday's work out was PS Chest and Step Moves.

Today will be PS Shoulders + cardio and possibly abs as well.

Guess that's all for now...BBL or tmrw!:cool:
 
Crazy busy weekend working and didnt workout, so not much to post. I'm going to start a new thread for August so look for it!!
