WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

Good morning all!!

I had my granddaughter for the weekend & that is a workout in itself!! We went to our company party on Friday held at the YMCA waterpark & she had a ball, stayed in the water the whole time. I had a slice of pizza & a diet pepsi which was within my point limit. I stayed on track with my eats all weekend. Saturday I did Cathe's CCC & also did HIIT 25. Sunday I did HIIT 15. My granddaughter who is 3, works out with me which is really cute!! She's been doing that since she was about 1. Even though I didn't overeat at all this week, it looks like I haven't lost a pound!! I did better last week & I went to a wedding!! I have 2 days till weigh in but it's not looking good. Hope everyone does better than I did!!
 
Thank you Wendy, That makes me feel better!! What does DWP & BBITAM mean? Also please let me know how that crockpot meal turns out & the point value....thanks!!

I think the crock pot meal will work out to be about 7-8 points per serving. It's on the heavier side but still doable.I'll let ya know how it turns out! :D
 
Good morning everyone. I just don't know if I can get a workout this morning. My vertigo is acting up today so I took medication for it now I am tired. That would be only 4 days of workout for me this week. I hope the scale moves. I didn't drink wine all week which has been a little tough in the beginning but it's starting to wear off. I will report back in a little while on my eats.

Uh, weekend food started out ok but Sat ended w/ cookies and Sun was a sub and cookies and ice cream.

Hooray for fresh starts. Wish me luck in the damage control dept today.
 
Jody:: I had non-WW or Skinny Cow icecream this weekend myself (edy's chocolate chip cookie dough!!!!) along with a couple of LARGE drinks, a hotdog and a cheeseburger and a full plate of cuban food, a cupcake and sangria this weekend so don't feel bad! Nobody is perfect and we all need a break from being "good". It keeps us sane!!!!:eek:

D morning star chicken griller with light pita. 1 cup lima beans and apple sauce
S Klondike bar 100 calories
S cantaloupe

I am doing a 12 weeks challenge that is being started on facebook called strong and lean. Starting on August 1st. I am going to do Chalean X with turbo fire and Insanity and of course some Cathe. I hope that I will stick with it.

Long work day for me, no workout, gonna go veg out. Busy day planned tomorrow, but will find time for a workout in the morning.
 
Thanks for encouragement. I've done OK today. CTX All step and S+I (both fun, imo) and associated body parts.
Protein shake w/ flax
Egg salad (inspired by Cathe newsletter re eggs)
green smoothie w/ hemp protein spinach pineapple
salad w/ some chicken breast on top

Barbara, your check in sounds encouraging. I hates lima beans btw

DOMS in the quads today! Felt it creeping in when I got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night! :eek:

This was today's work out:: BODYROCK.tv | Fitness Advice, Workout Videos, Health & Fitness | Bodyrock.tv + 15 mins of KCM 30mtf K/B and abs/stretch from High Reps. Good stuff! :D I really enjoyed this BR work out. It was a great challenge but it wasn't crazy hard. Some parts were more intense then others but it was a nice mix of tough with not so tough so I was dying the ENTIRE time! :p Hence my energy to do some cardio and abs afterwards! ;)

Jody:: Allstep was the bane of my existence way back when. I thought the choreo was sooooo hard. I just couldn't "get" it so I shelved it for a couple of years. Finally when I started learning more and more of Cathe's newer choreo I pulled it back out, blew the dust off and figured it out almost immediately! Wierd! LOL S*I is fun too. CTX is just a great series! Especially the dreaded MEANER Legs!:eek:;):)

Stacy:: Sorry about the long work days. Hope you can catch a break soon. :(

Barb:: You can stick with the 12 week challenge! We are all behind you and rootin' for ya! You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Good morning everyone. Today I am down 1.4lb. I went to a Weight Watcher meeting last night for free just to see If I like the speaker and I did so I am joining next Monday. So now my weigh in day will be Monday. I think it will show a gain next week because I will be weighing in at night so we will see but I will start fresh.

Wendy thanks for the motivation to do the 12 week:)

Jody I use to not like lima beans but when I got it in the can I love it, go figure.

Finally got a workout in, but was feeling a bit on the low energy side this morning, so I brisk walked 2 miles on the treadmill and followed that with KCM's Split Sessions Upper Body.

Barb...tell me more about the FB challenge, I'm intrigued.

Faith....lovin' your menus! I'm going to have to whip up some egg salad!

Wendy...another stellar workout! Have you tried Breathless Body yet? I really enjoyed it and love all the modifications available!

In the spirit of Allee...."Happy Tuesday".

Stacy:: YES! I did BB in full last week when I first got it and just used 3 of the drills in a mish-mosh over the weekend! Love it! Tough stuff! :eek: Glad you love it too! :D

Barb:: WTG on the weight loss!!! :)

My weight has dipped to a new low already 2x since my last weigh in so this leaves me hoping it means a loss is coming for this week!!! ;)
 
Stacy the challenge is about losing body fat and weight. Eating healthy. Some are taking before pictures and after. Others like myself is taking measurement. I think this will help me stick to WW.

My work out yesterday was Step Blast. Had not done that one in a while lots of fun, did Imax 2 one day last week, another one I hadn't done in a while.

my eats yesterday

m1 oatmeal/coffee

sn fiber one brownie

m2 grilled chicken salad

sn special k cracker chips

m3 mini hamburger patty/veggies

sn watermelon
 
Howdy Ho yall

Voot~ down .8 lb despite a 3 sleeve cookie binge and screw the bowl lets just eat out of the carton frozen yogurt session at the tail end of the week.

Eats today so far are oatmeal, protein smoothie and another green smoothie. I need to plan a real sit down and chew meal for later...maybe use up some sweet potatoes?

Dbl'd up on CTX again, maybe if I finish the series early this week I can start practicing 4DS? I won't feel bad if I don't get it just right since I've already done a full rotation.

I have Intensity series in my shopping cart, whatcha think?

Speaking of intensity, my secret name for Wendy is Intensity Junkie. : > (offered in a most admiring way)
