WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

Good afternoon all!!

Welcome Faith!! I'm new to the check in too!!

My eats today are
M1 special k cinnamon pecan, cup calorie countdown milk & a banana
snack watermelon
m2 turkey sandwich w/tomato & lowfat mayo
snack fiber one yogurt
M3 will be baked fish & veggies
snack will be watermelon or skinny cow strawberry cheesecake ice cream if I'm able to find it. I'm going to the grocery store after work.

My weigh in is tomorrow, will let you know how that goes.

Back to post my food. Sorry for lack of personals as of late...:(

1) coffee w/ff half and half + splenda, Banana
2) Bagel thin w/1tb nat pb, 1 large apple
3) 2 oz deli turkey on weight watchers bread, 1 oz natures promise veggie sticks, diet cream soda
4) 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese w/raspberries, 4 oz strawberries with 2 tbs of fat free cool whip for extra added yuminess
(Total points: 16)
5) wine, dinner, dessert...yet to be determined (13 points)
 
Another quick post, was on the run most of the day with a bunch of errands. No workout, never had time, eats were so-so. Planning on Atletica tomorrow before work, another 10-12 hour shift, ugh.
 
Good Morning.

I have decided to rest today. Y'day was my 8th work out in a row! I try not to go above 6 so I really need to back off today....especially after getting my butt whooped so badly y'day! LOL My lats are fi-yah today from all of those damn push ups Zuzana had me doing too!!! No work out assigned to the BR day I am up to at this point anyway so it's perfect!:)

Barb, so you are eating bagel thins now too? They rock! I eat one every day! Love it!

Morning Ladies,

Hope everyone is doing fine.

Wendy: rest day??? Hehe...enjoy it.

Breakfast: bagel thin with cherry spread. Coffee with cream and sugar. I need to swith it to half and half.

Last night I decided to do 20 min workout from turbo jam.

Today...not sure yet...been doing lots of cardio.

Any suggestion?
 
Do you all do online ww? do you keep a written food log or journal online or sorta in your head or just what we put here? Just wonders....

I am feeling better. Got two CTX done yesterday S+I and All Step, chest shoulders abs. I will double up again today or tomorrow since I will have my dad in for visit and then I'm taking a short road trip.

Yesterday eats turned out to be...
Protein shake
food bar snagged during bike ride from Greenwise
Fruit smoothie w/ flax
Those PB oatmeal things featured in recent newsletter (lot of fat, I'd make less next time, it was a big hit on my points)
Big Salad w/ roasted beets and chicken breast

Allee, I recently switched to ff half n half or sometimes black coffee. Mint rotini and squash sounds nice and yummy.

Good afternoon. Today I am not sure of a workout or not if I do it will be turbo fire hiit 15 after dinner.

Today's eats
M1 shakeology with banana and fat free milk.
M2 bagel thin with peanut butter and a fruit salad.
M3 mornings star chicken patty with WW pita. 1 cup of lima beans and applesauce.
Snack 100 calories Klondike ice cream bar.

Wendy you do need a break! Yes I really enjoy the bagel thins.

Jody I use to use my fitness pal to count my calories but just rejoined weight watchers online.

Just a quick post to let you know the results of my weigh in, I am down another 1.6, Yay!!

Faith, I actually attend meetings, I got the 6 for $55 & now I have the 8 for $68.

Wendy, I like the bagel thins also, I like to toast them cause they are so crunchy. Enjoy your rest day!!

Barb, I love TF, my faves are HIIT 25 & Fire 55 EZ.

Not sure what my workout will be, thinking about STS Total Body. Will post my eats later.

question, 1 svg of fruit is 1/2 or 1 cup?

My w/o was CTX 10 10 10 --> Power circuits (skipped w/u for that one), back, abs and triceps.

Another late day at work......ugh

I did get in a workout before work. I did Atletica but only did 2 of the 3 series, and then went to the pushup/ab section. So was better than nothing!

Eats....good and bad.

Weigh-in...UP 0.2 lbs but we ate dinner really late last night so I figure I broke even.

Good job on the loss Wiggie! "Gettin' Wiggie with it!" That'll be my new motivational "song", hehe.

My eats today,
M1 1 banana, I weighed in at 9am & then had to sit in on interveiws all day so I didn't have time for a real breakfast.

M2 1 rib, 1 wing both grilled, stringbeans & a spoonful of mac & cheese, the boss took us to a buffet for lunch.

M3 chicken sausage, veggies, 1/2 cup pasta

snack skinny cow strawberry cheesecake ice cream, I bought the single serving cups.

I ended up doing STS meso 1 disc 1, I decided today to do the 3 month rotation.

Jody, I usually eat fresh but I think for most fruits a serving is a cup.

Not sure on the serving size either but I believe it's 1/2 cup. For the new Points Plus system, fruits and most veggies have 0 points.
 
Wendy, I have a ? too, how close do you come to the estimated times they give for the workouts? Do you limit yourself by time or reps or does it just depend on the particular w/o?

Wiggie, Your ? prompted me to click thru to the sandbags for sale. It looks like you can buy them in various sizes with individual bags you fill with sand and place in the bag. The lightest for women and youth had two 10 to 12 lb bags. Anyway, the workouts look intense, fun and short~ very appealing to me (well, except for the puking part)! WTG Wendy

Stacy, it sounds like you are doing a great job getting your w/o in despite an unpredictable schedule.

Yesterdays eats were lighter than usual.
Protein shake w/ flax
Black beans and rice w/ LF cheese, onions and LF sour cream 5 points of yummy yum yum
Greek yogurt w/ 1 cup fruit (I keep a variety of frozen bags on hand)
Big salad = 4 svg veggie

2 CTX w/o and 1 dance class

Today is CTX KB and biceps. I'll do the KB but if I slog my way thu b/c I dislike it, I will add on a different cardio to bump it up. Overall, I am pleased to have all these new workouts to pull out of my Cathe bag of tricks.
 
Wiggie:: Zuzana's sandbag is usually 30-40# but I don't see the weight mentioned for every work out. I just do what I think is best for me. I don't have a sandbag and they are too expensive for me to justify buying just for Body Rock so I use whatever I have that lends itself the best to the move she is doing. Today I used a single dumbbell held laterally in both hands.

Jody:: Normally I come pretty close to her times but today, no dice! Took me like twice as long! :eek::eek::eek: Every work out is different. Some are rep counts, some are timed, some are both. Today's was x amount of reps for 3 of the 4 exercises and then the last one was a timed interval and then wash rinse and repeat 2 more times.
