    I really am working towards 4ds (someday), what are you going to do with that? I think there's a current thread Dela has going, with lots of great comments. I'll post my newest rotation when I decide which I'm going to stick with...harder because one, basic barbell I want to do for 8 weeks, maybe 12. The other uses new Cathe's...then there's S & H, PS I want to do those again too...As you can see I'm a little undecided at this point.

    I really didn't have much success with that until I started Cathe workouts. It wasn't really fast, only .5 lb. per week average, but it came off. and stayed off.:)
