WW'S JULY FIREWORKS

Allee, 3 points seems like a lot if you felt like you’d stayed on track. Maybe an evil combination of inaccurately low weigh in last wk and inaccurately high this wk? Clothing,hydration or dehydration, time of day, lack of loss/slight gain, muscle gain?. I dunno. Ugh, it is so discouraging to have a gain. It sounds like you did the next right thing anyway. Perhaps more will be revealed.

Stacy, I haven’t used my 4 Day split much, S+H, Intensity, High Reps, LBB, HiiT. My downloads aren’t as useful as they don’t run right, but I have Muscle Max, boot camp, Athletic Step, Gym style Legs and one of the upper body GS, and high step circuit. STS, still in wrapper—Maybe start Oct?

Barbara, I think I am on the old points system. I just found my WW stuff last night while unpacking. ; ) I aim for 20 points, start putting the brakes on at 18 and pat myself on the back if I make it in under 25.

Wendy, I love the , “Ha, I just kicked its a** so take that” quality of your w/o’s!

Yesterday’s rest day became a sick day, I even skipped dance. I feel extremely tired plus have a cold. Hopefully today will be better.

Food-
Protein shake w/ gr. Flax
Turkey sloppy joes on whole grain sandwich rounds, snow peas
Salad /dressing
Yogurt w/ gr flax and cherries.

Good morning all!!

I went out of town to my niece's wedding this weekend & haven't had time to check in. Of course I ate some things that weren't exactly point friendly, I used 29 of my weekly allowance points. Sunday morning I got right back on track so hopefully I'll make up for it by my weigh in Wednesday. I did work out before I left on Saturday morning & worked out twice Sunday when I got back. I will try to do a better job of posting what I've eaten this week.

Stacy...Wow! What a meal at your inlaws! Sounds delish all be it unhealthy! I never lost my "taste" for the bad food. IDK how people say they don't want it/enjoy it anymore cause I sure do!!!:eek:

Barb....Took me a while to get the choreo in IMAX 3 also and I don't do it often so I will still mess it up. :confused:

Turbo jam to warm up. Finished with CX.

B: black coffee before workout
Bagel thin with almond better after.

Snack: 12 cherries and water.

Lunch: shrimp with lettuce wrap. Yummy!!!

Dinner???

Hello everyone, today's workout was turbo fire 35 and Imax 2 premix 1 through 5. I really need to learn turbo fire, it was a little confused.

Today eats are,
m1 protein shake with banana and fat free milk
m2 2 hard boiled eggs with ritz cheese crackers
snack will be 2 babybel cheese with 1 cup grapes
m3 morningstar chicken grillers with WW pita, 1/2 cup of lima beans and applesauce.
snack WW dark choc. raspberry ice cream, these are so good that is why I eat it everyday.
snack wine.

Wendy Bodyrock is one tough workout, WTG!

Allee, I did turbo fire 30! So I did jab with you:)

Jody, So do you think that you will ever give the point + a try. I really like the new program.

Wiggie, glad to see that you got right back on track. We all need some treats once in a while.
 
Quick post....

Work is still wearing me out, worked 7am-5pm and had about 10 minutes to grab lunch.

B--handful of almonds and coffee
"L"--yogurt (packed more but didnt have time to eat it!)
D--pizza!!

I managed a 30 minute walk/jog interval on the treadmill before dinner and I feel just darn tired. Tomorrow I have more time so I usually do a longer workout on Tuesdays, but my body is feeling the need for a rest day, so we'll see how it goes.

Wendy...that workout tomorrow looks evil!

Jody...STS sounds like a plan for October! I have 29 PP on the new system per day.

Allee...love kickboxing! i'm thinking of a Kettlebell-Kickboxing rotation here soon!

Barb...like the food choices!

UGH, I am up 1.2lbs. I guess what I am going to do is cut back on my wine to weekends only. That is going to be tough. I'll be back later to report my eats:)
 
I did my 1 wk weigh in today, down 1.2. I had an extremely lackluster end to what started out as a strong start of my week. That puts me 5 down in 3 weeks. I still felt crappy yesterday so I get to dbl up on workouts today. Lucky I'm only going thru CTX!

I will look for a real mtg and get all the new material this week as far as points, etc. With old system, I am 18 to 25 a day, I don't track the activity booster points. It will be interesting to see the latest plan.

Wendy, lol, this workout is for marines not for cucumbers, she is a doll. That w/o looked awesome. She was sweating before she started, I wonder what her warm up was? I will be interested to hear your experiences with the workouts (and check out the website when I get time)

Barb, I cant drink any wine. Half glass leads to full glass leads to snacking leads to another half glass leads to shopping on the internet leads to me waking up tired overweight and broke.

Allee Stacy and other KBers, I haven't warmed up to any of the kickboxing workouts. In fact, I modified the h*** out of those segments with bellydance moves which I can get away with since I am still working out at a relatively low intensity. ::lower half of body jumping around, top half doing Turkish snake arms:: I am glad there isn't anyone around to watch that buffoonery.

Wiggee, hi I snuck into the checkin while you were out of town. Special events are tough to handle, particularly at the beginning of the journey, but I think it gets easier to be moderate the longer we are in fitness mode.

Food yesterday was short on fruit n veggies, only 2 svgs and day ended with popcorn and ice cream. I had 28 points, but those choices aren't going to get me where I want to be very quickly. Luckily I get to have a new day today!
 
So I did BodyRock's Marine Corps w/o (7/12) this morning. :eek::eek::eek: It was about 30 mins of HELL! LOL I messed it up quite a few times too cause it was kinda complicated and it's hard to read what you are supposed to do next when you are exhausted!:p It's okay tho cause regardless I was workin' my tail off, panting and sweating the entire time! So much so that I acheived the biggest puke status EVER!!!!! Felt that way for about 30 minutes post work out!!! Did STS extended stretch afterwards and it wasn't very relaxing because I thought I was going to hurl through most of it. LOL

Good morning everyone. Today's workout was Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Man this is one tough workout.

Wendy, WTG on your crazy workout.

Jody, yay for the weight loss! Yeah I know I need to stay away from the wine.

Stacy glad to see that you at least got your treadmill workout in with your crazy schedule.

Today eats looks like this

M2 tuna salad on WW pita, pringles potato chips and a big salad.
snack kashi bar with some grapes
M3 Lean beef patty on light English muffin. another big salad and cucumber salad and 1/2 cup lima beans with 1/2 cup applesauce.
snack WW dark choc. raspberry Ice cream.

I changed my m2 and had a bagel thin with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and applesauce. I did have a salad mid morning because I was hungry.

Great job with your workout. I needed a rest day. I push myself too hard the last fews days.

I think I know where I go wrong. Its the portion and too much coffee.

If you want to try it, go for an exercise challenge as opposed to a full work out. She has many challenges that are just one move for x amount of reps or so many minutes. Give it a shot! What doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger! ;):D
